Research work and efforts to bring the idea of ‘climate change: an alternative theory’ to this level is the work of the author -Joseph Otieno Oruoch. But this is a monumental endeavor which requires a lot of support to succeed with its failure implying an imminent and inevitable apocalypse in the form of an ice age. The support required here can be financial, administrative and media publicity.

That this endeavor requires financial support is obvious. There is need to set up a secretariat preferably in Kisumu City in Kenya. The process starts with renting office space and furnishing and equipping it to make it operational. Some staff will be necessary to co-ordinate the project and respond to enquiries.
